The Park District code requires the purchase of all goods and services estimated to exceed $30,000 shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, quality, and serviceability. All requests for bids will be posted on this page at least ten days before the bids are opened.

Park Surveys
The Winnetka Park District is seeking qualified survey firms to perform Topographic and Boundary Surveys for four park sites in the community. The Park District will receive sealed bids for these surveys until April 29, 2025, at 10am, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work will include providing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete Plat of Surveys (Boundary Surveys) and Topographic Surveys for the following Winnetka Park District sites: Bell Woods (Alternate), Crow Island Woods, Hubbard Woods Park, and Skokie Playfield.
